What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in beginning 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out before 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in is possible based on availability. Late check-out is possible based on availability. Please let us know your request in advance. You can check-in late at night but please let the front desk know if you are checking in after 10:00 PM.

Can I smoke in the room?

All of our rooms are no-smoking.

Can I change my reservation?

Are vegetarian dishes available in restaurants?

Available upon request. Please let us know when making a reservation.

Is there a dress code for the restaurant?

Please refrain from wearing tank tops, flip-flops and slippers.

Terms of booking and cancellation

Check-in beginning 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out before 12:00 on the day of departure.

You will need a PIN Code to access the hotel premises and your room. Your personal PIN Code will be sent to you via SMS at the latest by 15.00 on the day of arrival. Please make sure that you have provided a correct CELL PHONE number upon reservation.

Credit card will be charged at the time of booking
